“I want to bring the moon in our daily spaces” - Acorn Studio, TW

It didn’t stop with the Indiegogo’s crowdfunding campaign — we turned a far fetched idea, making a handcrafted art piece that required 16hrs of work, into a sustainable business. I worked with the founders to interpret the brand identity and culture into the business model, its operations and most importantly customer experience.
Based on design thinking practices, we worked together to create a stable sales channels, keep the inspiration flowing, as well as changed manufacturing management on the #backend.

If Numbers could talk: 750.000$ raised in a single campaign, +250% increase of sales, global distribution partnerships across EMEA and Asia, 3x production output, order deliveries reduced from 6 months to 6 weeks.

“I want to bring a global independent brand” - JINNNN , CHN

Design in China is still a shocking idea. Fashion is highly competitive. Struggling to fight these challenges, I brought two prominent fashion designers together to work together to harness resources. On the #frontend I helped building the brand image and communications on social media platform as well as O2O. On the #backend I architected the ERP independent, inventory, order management as well as automated and integrated the work of sourcing, accounting and sales operations.

“Offer our services to Asia - Universum, SE

Headquartered in Stockholm, I was a team of 6 to built up operations, partnerships and services in Singapore. From there I spearheaded initiatives to serve Fortune 500 companies in the banking, CPG firms to tackle their problems in aligning corporate branding and growth goals with a targeted localisation strategy, analysis and execution.

“Appeal to a international student body” - AVIOMAR, IT

With other 20 years of history in pilot training (ATPL) and being the second biggest Italian flight training school, AVIOMAR started to look further to help with the global need for more pilots.
Assisted on the #frontend in establishing the branding & marketing fundaments, for 4 years I consulted to rebrand to appeal to the current new entry workforce of millennials and GenZ. To ensure that the operations would faithfully represent the company, I designed the #backend management tools to automate the different time shifts of employees.
