My manifesto? Create beautifulscalablepositive value that does good by the planet and society. For the last decade, I have built teams, multi sales channels, and made long term partnerships. I had the pleasure to also improve and innovate business operations to expedite their processes, overcome shoelace budgets whilst setting benchmarks that all operations delivered the business’ promise. .

I may not be able to come up with world-changing ideas, but I set my mission to boost utilitarian impactful ideas by giving 'arms' for a greater (大outreach to human centered (人) startups.

I launched my career with SHANGHAI EXPO '10 for the Italian Chamber of Commerce, curating the Italian and San Marino pavilion where I developed a taste for building bridges between different cultures.
Soon after, I consulted Fortune 100's companies and not for profit institute in market intelligence analysis and localization strategy for Hong Kong, Taiwan and China, gravitating in 2013 towards Asian start-ups.

The results did not wait to show up.

You might have stumbled across my work in events like Singapore's Night Festival or the Taiwan National Museum where I obtained full sponsorships and carte blanche to design, curate and present my company's concept to a wide audience and influentials; you might have read about our products inThe Huffington Post, Vogue, Bazaar, Elle Decor;  you might have encountered our merchandise scattered across 10 European and Asian cities in our brick and mortar retailers, including London's Harrods or Hong Kong's Lane Crawford; organically I grew followers and fans with over 15% engagement rate/ IG post, hundred thousands Facebook followers, Weibo and Wechat communities. All this, with a team of less than 4 people.

Nothing can’t be accomplished with qualitative and quantitative data and a strong team. I lead and mentored fresh out of school talents, recruited forward thinkers from all over the globe and hosted cross-industrial conversations. Market response' reports, P/L excel sheets, brand offering analysis, budget and production planning were my bread and butter that resulted in optimization of the supply chain with 3x production boost , cost cutting 2x.

The underline to a 80 hours work week is the willingness to create authentic experiences. We need to close the gaps — gaps between what a business promise, the client's expectation, and value perception.
My approach,  — no matter the project and medium— stems from the harmonious tension of having inherited Italian and Taiwanese rich culture, of doing juxtaposition to see common points as much as the differences, years of training the eyes to see a new route where there seemed none, of walking the extra mile to ensure that what one says is how one hears it.
